Giclée A4 Print - Luminosity

This is a digital section through the eye of a 2.5-day old zebrafish to study support cells, called Müller glia. Each cell is individual in terms of position, shape, and interactions with other cells. This highlights that cells and tissues are highly dynamic and complex, yet very delicate.

Technique: The image was acquired with the Zeiss LSM 900 AiryScan microscope, using a 40x water-immersion LD C-Apochromat (NA 1.1) objective. Processing was conducted using Zeiss ZenBlack and Fiji. Depth-coded maximum intensity projections were used with Orange Hot Lookup Table.
